Teplore is proud to announce the successful commissioning of our first Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Turkey—a significant step in supporting the country’s sustainable energy objectives. This 100kW/215kWh system, now fully operational at a local factory, offers enhanced energy management capabilities by reducing reliance on traditional power sources and providing operational resilience. Designed to optimize energy use, the BESS helps the factory manage peak demand, lower energy costs, and ensure continuous operation even during grid fluctuations. This installation aligns with Teplore’s commitment to fostering sustainable, efficient energy solutions for industries worldwide.
Beyond the installation itself, Teplore invested in a thorough training session with a local team in Izmir to ensure they have the skills necessary for every phase of BESS operations. This hands-on training covered key aspects such as engineering, installation, commissioning, and maintenance, empowering local teams with technical expertise and supporting a smooth, autonomous management of the BESS. By building local knowledge, Teplore aims to facilitate long-term success and sustainability, ensuring that local teams can confidently handle future energy storage projects.
This commissioning highlights Teplore’s role in advancing Turkey’s energy infrastructure and reflects our commitment to driving the global transition to renewable energy. With more projects planned, Teplore is dedicated to providing innovative solutions that help industries achieve their sustainability goals. Each BESS installation represents progress toward a cleaner energy landscape, reinforcing our mission to empower communities and industries on their journey to sustainable energy independence.
